You may have difficulty falling asleep, or staying asleep as long as desired. Insomnia is typically followed by daytime sleepiness, low energy, irritability, and a depressed mood.
This is very frustrating, and especially when you are really tired or you have an important event the next day.
When it comes to sleep, it is important to have a good routine before going to bed. This is called having good sleep hygiene.
You can ask yourself; “What habits could improve my sleep?”
