He is a licensed psychologist with broad clinical experience from his own private practice – among other things. He has had thousands of consultation hours and can provide psychological help for a wide range of psychological conditions and problems such as; anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, couple therapy and family, grief and loss, study-related challenges, post-traumatic stress, sexuality or sexual challenges, personal development etc.

“I am educated from the University of Copenhagen in 2011. I have always been interested in working with people and the caring of people. Through my work as a psychiatrist I have developed an enormous understanding and respect for people regardless of their situation in life.

I have learned that in all aspects of life we face challenges and that we all have a lot in common in this regard. This way of thinking have contributed with a kind and positive self-approach, which I have applied in both my personal and professional life.

I apply this understanding both as a tool and approach in my therapeutic sessions. I will always meet you where you are. I will strive to understand you and work within those personal fields that you desire to investigate. I will help you to solve those problems that you can solve yourself and further handle those that you cannot.

Professionally my compentences and qualifications lies within cognitive behavioral therapy which is a specific psychological direction. This therapeutic approach is supported by scientific research. This approach is focusing on helping you dealing with your problems.

Furthermore, I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy wich helps you relate to situations in your life where your thoughts where difficult to manage.

I have a broad clinical experiences with specific diagnoses and problems. I work with different degrease of stress and the consequential problems which can occur together with depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders and negative self-evaluation, PTSD, OCD, phobia of any kind and care failure. I work with families and couples together with the problems which occur in during those relations. Through all of these diffent problems I have a greate focus on personal development.
