Et redskab du kan bruge for at skabe overblik, og l\u00e6gge en plan for hvordan du kommer igennem dine problemer, er dette problem-l\u00f8snings redskab.<\/p>\n<h2>Definer og afgr\u00e6ns dit problem<\/h2>\n<p>Problemer kan tit virke diffuse, overskuelige og forvirrende. At bruge tid p\u00e5 at definere og afgr\u00e6nse hvad problemet egentlig er, kan hj\u00e6lpe dig med at f\u00e5 bedre overblik, se problemet fra nye vinkler, og identificere hvad der er centralt i problematikken. Start med at reflekter over, og besvare f\u00f8lgende sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hvor og\/eller hvorn\u00e5r opst\u00e5r problemet?<\/li>\n<li>Hvilke mulige \u00e5rsager har problemet?<\/li>\n<li>Hvordan p\u00e5virker problemet dig?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nu kan du pr\u00f8ve at skrive en kort beskrivelse af problemet. Pr\u00f8v at v\u00e6re s\u00e5 pr\u00e6cis og konkret som mulig. Hvis problemet best\u00e5r af flere dele, s\u00e5 kan du ogs\u00e5 skrive dem ned. Men pr\u00f8v at holde din beskrivelse kort, s\u00e5 den kun har det mest centrale med.<\/p>\n<h2>Find l\u00f8sninger<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e5r du er blevet mere bevidst om pr\u00e6cis hvad problemet best\u00e5r af, kan du begynde at arbejde p\u00e5 at finde konstruktive l\u00f8sninger. N\u00e5r vi m\u00f8der modgang, sker der tit det, at vi pr\u00f8ver at bruge l\u00f8sninger, som har virket for os tidligere, uden at overveje alternativer. Dog er det ikke altid den bedste, eller mest hensigtsm\u00e6ssige l\u00f8sning. Derfor er det en god ide at pr\u00f8ve at komme p\u00e5 flere forskellige l\u00f8sninger, s\u00e5 du bedre kan finde netop den, som er bedst til det problem du st\u00e5r med lige nu. Pr\u00f8v at komme p\u00e5 mindst 3 forskellige l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 dit problem &#8211; men gerne flere. Lige nu er ingen ideer d\u00e5rlige ideer. Skriv l\u00f8sningerne ned i den venstre kolonne i nedenst\u00e5ende skema.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r du har skrevet dine l\u00f8sningsideer ned, kan du begynde at vurdere l\u00f8sningerne. Det kan du g\u00f8re ved at udfylde de n\u00e6ste to kolonner (styrker og svagheder) i skemaet, for hver id\u00e9. Hvis du har sv\u00e6rt ved at finde nogen styrker og svagheder ved dine l\u00f8sninger, kan du pr\u00f8ve at stille dig selv f\u00f8lgende sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er det en kort- eller langtidsl\u00f8sning?<\/li>\n<li>Hvor stor sandsynlighed er der for, at jeg rent faktisk bruger l\u00f8sningen?<\/li>\n<li>Hvordan kan det p\u00e5virke det andre, hvis jeg bruger denne l\u00f8sning?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N\u00e5r du har skrevet styrker og svagheder ned, kan du sammenligne dine l\u00f8sningsideer. Du kan for eksempel sammenligne selve m\u00e6ngden af styrker og svagheder ved hver id\u00e9, eller du kan kigge p\u00e5 typen af styrker og svagheder, som du har skrevet ned.
